Hello Guys! I just want to share my latest project. Here are some photos of my latest post on my blog. I bought this pirate ship from Toys R Us and repainted it.
Mike,
Anyone can paint. All you need is time, a good set of paints and brushes, patience and someone to teach you how to start it all.
I used to have a friend who said the same thing and the ones who paint their figures in the Manila encouraged him to paint. So he started painting, poor...
Mike,
Here are some questions:
1) How did you paint those Viking shield designs. They look very realistic.
2) Where did you get those metal arms and weapons? Did you make your own molds and cast them yourself?
3) I can see that you are using Green Stuff or Kneadatite, same as me...
Mike I checked your photobucket again. Brilliant conversions. I haven't looked at all the albums but I am very much impressed by your conversions. I might ask you a few questions later if you don't mind as to how you did certain pieces. You sure have a talent for making figures more detailed...

Thanks Mike. I use Vallejo too. To me they give the best value for money so far from the paints I've tried. I used to have GW paints but they've just priced themselves out of my budget plus their paint pots always dry up on me. I will try your color choices and hopefully come as near as I...
If you don't mind Mike, could you tell me what brand of paint you use, size of brush and the shades of flesh you usually combine? I like the colors specially of your flesh tones and the way the shades and highlights are done. Excellent job as always!
