    The British assault on the Egyptian entrenchments at Tel-el-Kebir 1882. The large Tel El Kebir diorama I cut in half!! (Must be mad I hear you say!). Then reconfigured both halves with new profiled sides and added extra figures to both (some of which were repainted from grey to red as before)...

    Regarding removing a figure from it's base - I have used side cutters in the past - cutting the base away from the figures feet and then trimming the excess under the soles, I finish off with a file.
