If I receive an item that is damaged and the seller request it be returned who has to pay for the returned item? If the seller must pay do they pay me first before I reship it or do I ship it and request them to repay me?

A fellow TF advised me that Frontline are about a 1/2 head smaller than Britains & Conte. A couple of ebay sellers say they are compatable (size wise) . Just looking for a few more opinions before I spend any money. Thanks, Gary
