I noticed that X-force have French line Fusiliers on there site very impressive....Never been done this good before!
ACTA did a set but tiny......but these guys will fill a big void I think.
Stumbled across these brand new sets in 1/32 Sharpe's Rifles and French General staff.
just about as good as it gets on the sculpting from what I can see!....Have not picked up any 1/32 figures in a very long time...but will get these two sets...

Knowing that the 200th was coming up! I was on the look out for any Waterloo doco's this past week.
Did manage to round up 3 on the history channel.........And i had not seen these ones before so that was a bonus!

I got the Bond 50 Blue Ray box set for Xmas ^&grin...{23 films} So been watching one just about every night {in order}.
Currently half way through the Brosnan era!.....its been a real hoot as most of the films I had seen in the past but has just been so long
in some cases 20+ years!...so many...
I have had a few sets of 1/72 Napoleonics lying around for a few years {purchased on a whim with some grand desire to build a Waterloo diorama}{sm2}

Thought you guys might like this "Waterloo 815" the Italian maker has just released a great set of 1/72 Napoleonic Highlanders (In Square)
And on the back of the box the same set is due 2014 in 1/32 scale.....But who really knows when as there release of the 1/72 set was later then planned.

Curious as I have not scene the whole movie and might try and hunt it down on DVD.
Its an Australian made Vietnam movie but with an American cast.....check this clip rather epic battle scene...
Santa left Rommel's Rod under the tree my 1st model kit in years...Should be a fun project and a nice change from painting figures.

Had a box of the Italeri Gladiators set for a few years but never got around to painting any, painted these two up might start on a couple more tonight.

Some nice looking Napoleonic sets on the way Brits this time around...Wounded drummer looks good!
The covers on the shako's look ok but would prefer them with out...Im a bit like that with the Scots Greys they allways just look better without the covers.
What do you guys think?

Not for every one {but then what movie is} but i liked it a fun movie that does not take its self to serious!
I liked there addition of a tank gun in there plane this time around.....and the airport battle was a hoot!
