Well, I have to take back this earlier comment. Ended up buying a WP DAK Panzer III w/commander which I received today. It's a terrific tank, very nicely painted and weathered. The simulated paint chipping is highly exaggerated by the camera and nowhere near appears so prominent to the human...
The old forum had an option in the upper right corner in which you could click on the order you wished to view the threads, oldest to newest or newest to oldest. Can that be provided with this new format?

I don't know what WP is doing with all of the little white and black dots and dashes all over the tank, but I wish they would stop it. I don't see it on their earlier tanks, and I hope not to see it in the future. If that's meant to be chipping and weathering... it doesn't work.
I passed on the first ambush pattern and started to regret it. Almost pulled the trigger on a high priced secondary market one when this one was announced. I'm glad I waited since I'm TRYING to keep my WWII focus on the western front and this new one fits without any alterations required.
I'm just so glad I didn't buy one of these, came close many times. I think it would end up being the first product return I've ever done in this hobby.
