The Imperial Guard stand their ground at the old church....

These figures show why I prefer TGM over K&C most of the time. Excelent painting and detail.

Afrikakorps Tiger: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

    No wonder our education levels are decreasing. A change in generation and now the standards are less. This is what I experienced < 69 = D 70 - 73 = C - 74 - 76 = C 77 - 79 = C+ 80 - 83 = B- ........

    STUKA stands ??

Why not make three piece stands? Then you can ship in a flat package. Of course the base would be thicker where you have to atrtach the uprights, but this then could be used for a nameplate basis. If needed, you could then sell individual nameplates as an extra for each stand.

What Do You Consider A Good AFV Production Number ???

Dude, Give it a rest. We've been through this topic before without good results. 250on the average would be a good number to use. It lowers the cost of the item as well.

    Sloppy Paint Job

Re: Slopy Paint Job What is the difference of the OP being NAM vet have to do with civility? For this thread, it is irrelevant to say the least. This may be non- PC. BFD if someone is a combat vet. I am one. So? Does this mean I get any extra respect for a typo? Nope, and I don’t...

Favorite/ Most effective German Panzer of WW2

I agree, StuGs were the mainstay. StuG II & IV. Since I didn't have that choice, I chose the PKW IV as it was the main tank with the most offshoots used in the war. PKW V was too unstable mechanically.

    North Africa 1941-43

Excellent pictures, very lifelike. For being a "smaller" scale TS, the sculpting and painting is excellent. Some of the other manufacturors should take note. Or were these repaints?........

Finally..... More German early war grey uniform soldiers.

Rob, Thanks for the correction. Whats my war record have to do with it? I was making comparisons of the different names politicians call it (money savings). No matter the name, people get hurt and or die. Thats the bottom line. No affront was intended for calling it a skirmish.

Finally..... More German early war grey uniform soldiers.

There is no disrespect intended in calling it a "skirmish." Its like Vietnam and it being called a "Police Action." Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and civilians died there as well. I served in Iraq when it was downgraded to "Support and Sustaiment Operations," I took no offense. I was being...

I bought one for my dad, a Vietnam Vet. He was very pleased with it. Now it sits on a shelf with his Iwo Jima flag raising TS.

    Track Mud

Gentlemen, Thanks or the positive informative posts. There is an abundance of knowledge here. Although it is hard to fathom the adversities derived from the question. Especially the 1:1 player who takes it personally for another collector to question K&C methods for moldings and comparisons...

Since I am the origin poster, I cannot see where my observation of a certain dislike is provocative and only asked the why. Please quote where I said I am not a K&C collecter. It's an opinion, whether certain other individuals take a dislike and state I should not post an observation is too...

New Figarti grey Tiger & winter T34

They describes Figarti Tiger & T34. RIF. FL T34 describes as the benchmark which Figarti is gaining or surpassing. That's what the comment has to do with Figarti.

    Track Mud

I started it as a point of discussion. Where did I say I do or do not buy them? Purchase is not the point, but the realism of the mold. Sounds like you have never been in or around the 1:1 scale type. Comments like yours create unwanted negativity in thread. Even Mitch & PA44 are civil.
