Hello tree froggers... :) during my 2 weeks holiday I found time to put this Tamiya 1/35 Tiger II model together. It is based on Tank 008 from the 501st Heavy Tank Battalion during the Ardennes offensive during WW2. This particular tank was found abandoned near Trois Ponts in Belgium. Enjoy :)...
Hi Tom... yeah its been good having time to get back into modelling... I have a MENG A7V with a full interior sitting in the model cupboard so I might get that out next and have a go... we have a large model comp and exhibition here next month so I might get brave a pop a few tanks in... :)...

Here is the latest workbench relic... a Tamiya 1/35th scale Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf.L Sd.Kfz.141/1. It is modelled on a tank from the 10th Panzer Division serving in Tunisia during February 1943. Its hard life under the harsh sun has taken its toll... :)
