Again, thanks to everyone who helped out. I have a few more figures that look like dime stores to me. The set of 4 I've had a while just no ideas on who makes them. Thought maybe someone here would know. No markings on the bases and they're in pretty rough shape. Any thoughts?

Thanks to everyone who answered. I hadn't thought of the possibility that they might be King & Country knockoffs. The 4 figures marked A&C don't really resemble any of the King & Country Hong Kong police that I've found, though it's entirely possible.

Would anyone know where I might find photos of sets MTB-2A & MTB-2B of Music in Miniature? I currently have both boxes and would like to match the correct figures into the corresponding boxes.
