And the Jewish celebrants at Bondi last week or the people at madi gras in New Orleans last year or dare I say the 2000 in New York 24 years ago ? I do not think there is moral equivalence.

Growing up in the seventies with lots of Jewish friends at school I remember how so many of their parents read a lot about the holocaust. At the very "wise" age of about ten I thought that was sort of anachronistic and something from the distant past. I mean WWII to me was like ancient history...
