    Whats up with Prices?

Hey guys, Recently (3 weeks ago) attended upon Greytown in less fortunate circumstances, my great-uncle passed in an area dominated by farmers of our stock (Carterton, Masterton NZ). As was the tradition, I always made time to pop into see David and Kay, they're both doing well! Walking into...

Set No.20. Officer, Black Watch, 1900

Correct! That figure was apart of a series (I believe sets 1-30) which were cut in the very early 90's... It was not available from any time from then on. All the same a lovely peice for the collection! :D

    Favorite glossy toy soldiers

Another Imperial vote here! Bought my first one with saved-up pocket money ($2 NZD a week) and some boosters from Birthday card money! Officer of the Coldstream guards when I was 7 or 8... 15 years on, I'm still going strong - I agree with Drum, I don't personally believe another manufacturer...

Imperial figures you wish you saw?

You're not wrong Drum... In my opinion he grossly under-charges... If it were possible that a few more talented painters were able to be trained by Kay, I would definately pay more for my purchases. Considering also the amount of near new figures you see go for some huge prices, I don't think...

    More Imperial on ebay

I bought some coldstream guards to knock up the ranks a bit, they were in fairly good nick... especially for the price. I did however notice they came from a smokers home, the boxes aren't in the best condition. Also in a set 65A, 6 CSG's marching - there was a colour sargeant from the colour...

Imperial figures you wish you saw?

Interesting replies! I agree with the Indian figures suiting Imperials style, especially with the gold paint they use, etc. A RHA gun team at the gallop would have been great I agree!!! Keep em' coming! :)

Imperial figures you wish you saw?

Hey guys, This forum has died down of late. As topic suggests, what are some ideas of figures you wish you had seen? Personally, I would have loved to have seen the 95th Rifles in the Peninsula and Waterloo campaigns, and maybe even an Indian Mutiny series, there are some very pretty...

    Photo Catalog - Imperial Productions

Hey all, I recently completed my Napoleonic collection (took me a while...). There are some beautiful calvary pieces which came out not long ago, currasiers and chaveu-legger lancers, etc. I'm reallllly hoping for a 95th rifles set, I think it would really put the icing on the cake for the...

    Imperial Castings on Ebay?

Hello Chuck, I do appologise my reply was after a few too many single malts! It was ofcourse referring to persons who would set original Imperial pieces into moulds to reproduce at profit :) A very unfortunate circumstance for you :( I hope you can find adequate replacements sometime. If...
