Hi Guys,

In another thread elsewhere on the Forum…”Hotel 3 Alpha”, Louis and Brad (Jazzeum) were talking about old K&C Warbirds.

Brad posted a couple of pix of his original “LOQ” and “Yellow 7” — both brought back happy memories. If I remember correctly we produced 75 Spitfire “LOQ’s” and 50 each of 3 different “109’s including “Yellow 7”.

Check out the prices — Those were the days!!!

Happy Flying…

Andy C.

You're right Andy and over the years you have produced some great airplanes, all the way down to the present day. However, that Spitfire is special, especially because it was the first (or my first!).

I will take a photo with the pilots (First of the Few), and the ground crew and the policemen.

Regards,

Brad

Great series of 1/32 scale airplanes and crews . Pitty I was not into toy soldiers at that time. An airplane for $125 and a set of pilots for $49 and free postage and packing ; incredible . I'would have bought several of them in one blow.

Nice Andy, although I prefer my WWII collection to be in matte, I have a few glossies and these look great and I would have bought them years ago if I was collecting at the time.

Gents,

Great now I have to find the "First and the Few" and the Luftwaffe guys just to be...cool.
