I love the French blue color of Philip and standard bearers. It's just so striking! I wonder what it looked like outside the walls of Acre that day? I also enjoy the
Templar with the captured flags and I think the Bishop of Tours is one of K&C best figures.

Your point about the colours is spot on. I picked up a few of this line a few years ago but I'm about to get back into it - mainly due to the wonderful colours. Lionheart and quite a few of the others just look outstanding! The French in blue are also superb but perhaps not quite enough action in those poses for me - at this point - it's likely I'll keep looking at them and at some point next year......

For those of you who collect middle ages figures a good book for you to read is ''GODS WAR A NEW HISTORY OF THE CRUSADES'' by Christopher Tyerman - an eye opener to say the least.
