Hi Guys,
Here’s a little ‘Look / See’ at one of the most numerous vehicles of the Vietnam War… The M35A2 Truck which formed the core of the US Military’s truck fleet from the early 1960s until well into the 1990s and beyond.
In addition to U.S. service, the M35A2 was supplied to many armies around the world including Israel… South Korea… Spain and more than 40 more countries.
Other variation based on this model included ‘Wreckers’… Dump Trucks… Tractors… and, of course, Cargo Carriers and ‘Gun Trucks’.
Our K&C model is primarily used as a ‘Troop Carrier’ and can be seen with a load of our upcoming seated ‘Grunts’ in the back.
This USMC model also includes a sitting Marine driver and comes with a detachable canvas cover over the driving cabin. Availability is scheduled for May / June 2023.
For any ‘Vietnam’ enthusiast this new vehicle will provide more than adequate transportation for any ‘Grunts’ going out on convoy protection duties or coming back from a long, foot-sore patrol in the ‘boonies’.
All the best and happy collecting!
Andy
