Congrats to Louis, another member of the 1,000 post club. Of course, our spouses probably have a different view about that

Congrats on your posts. I always read the insights you write and keep the information flowing. I see most guys say the Normandy Panther and Grief were the most disappointments.:( I guess I made some bad choices. I bought both and Amtrac are the only vehicles I have in that scale. Guess I better make an appointment with eye Dr. and get new glasses. Leadmen

John, don't be so hard on yourself, both the panther and Grief are fine vehicles, and don't take my overly harsh comment on the K&C thread about the panther too seriously, sometimes it's fun to tweek the K&C diehards. Like John (njja) said, it's a great tank from the belt line up, nice detail, accessories, stowage and of course awesome figures, but once again the tracks, to me anyway and I paid my money so I get to voice an opinion, were a big let down. I thought Andy might rise to challenge of HB and improve the tracks, but I thought they're actually getting a little worse, hpefully that will turn around. That said, I still think K&C is the best there is and accounts for about 99% of my collection.:)

Gentlemen..........The tracks leave a bit to be desired, and K&C is obviously the leader of the industry. And I personally appreciate all they have done for this hobby. There has been many posts regarding the Treads. I think Andy will get the idea and will raise the bar. HB has proved they can be made better. But on the other hand, hold K&C to a higher standard and don't be afraid to admit that the treads need some work. By being honest we will benefit from better products. We pay a lot of money for this stuff, and we deserve the best. Think about it, FOV's treads are better for $35.00. The K&C treads have to improve. And until they do I am exercising my right to not buy any K&C tracked vehicles. Remember 90% of my collection is K&C. Lets call a spade a spade and stop blowing smoke at the issue. Alex
