Hopefully this link works. I was emailed it and didn't think it was posted here yet on the forum. It's a short movie called "The German." With all the recent hype for Redtails and P-51's I thought the Spit deserved to have a bit of the spotlight.....Talley ho.....

If you watch the movie until the end with the credits another link is provided to another short movie called "The Lonely Sky." It's about test pilots and breaking the sound barrier.

I'm not quite yet in the shack...will be heading up in about 5 hours Nothing like sitting on the ice with a bunch of guys staring down small holes!
