1000 Plants for Vietnam. (1 Viewer)

Just finished painting the 1000th plant, have 100 bamboo to paint, then foliage all complete.
Ordering new US M113 in a few weeks, then 161 Battery, NZSAS, long Tan Set 2 and finally Land Rovers.
Would find space if Andy makes a M48.

That’s an inspirational layout. Like the flag on the APC. Amazing amount of foliage and still room for the upcoming releases. Nice array of soldiers, well positioned for a fire fight. Good size terrain board to tell the story. Can see a lot of thought has gone into this, let alone a junk of money. No doubt it’s been a fun project, with more to come. Looking forward to seeing the added pieces that you have in mind. Robin.

When I was in Sydney in July last year at the King and Country Dinner, I saw the Centurion.
I went back to my Hotel room and was busy drawing on a napkin at 1.45 in the morning.
Diorama measures 1.8 metres by 1.1 metres.
Our dollar is even lower than your dollar, cost has been high, however it's ANZACs.
Hopefully when in Sydney in July, the Land Rovers will be released.

Yep I feel for you given the current exchange rate. Apparently it still has the potential of going South, which will make me very fussy on my purchases. I like your backstory to how this project started for you. Once you position the 2 105’s that little corner area with building backdrop, is going to be really enhanced. The guns are expected in February, just in the nick of time to break up the enemy onslaught{sm4}. I have a spot for 2 on my diorama board, plus a fire support vehicle and land drover. The second Long Tan set and sas set will be most welcome. Hoping for some more civilians also, to complete the scene. So 2020 is all about Vietnam for me. My Medical chopper just landed this week to assist with the upcoming wounded Aussie. Keep up the good work/fight.:salute:: Robin.
