Color accuracy is a real issue on computer monitors and also due to the type of lighting used for photos. Flash photography favors the blue end of the spectrum shifting colors. Some paints flouresce with flash. A different color will be seen by an objective observer when a subject is illuminated by the sun. incandescent light or flourescent light. I have panzers I have painted using high quality acrylic paint that appear dark yellow in sunlight and beige in incandescent light. Different observers will percieve a color differently due to differences in eyesight. Color accuracy is a very complex subject. To answer your question I would suggest the upper photo was taken in sunlight and the lower factory photo was probably taken with incandescent studio lighting. Sunlight or flash usually makes colors brighter. Also any photo can be photoshopped to adjust the colors! Basicly if you do not like the appearance of a product ordered sight unseen; return it!
