$3,000,000 Model Railway (1 Viewer)

I like my hobbies but I must not have the deep deep love some people do that they spend decades putting together their collections.Wish I did.

That is amazing. Good for him to have something he enjoys so much.

Thanks. That was wonderful. Brought back many childhood memories. Sneaking off to the local Round House, skinny diping in the river while the trains pass. The time constructing was probably nothing to sourcing.

I go to local train shows every once in a while or a local club open house. Much younger crowd than with Toy soldiers.

That is amazing. I used to collect trains before this but I still love to watch real trains go by. When my nephew, who lived with us, was in high school he had a friend whose family were train enthusiasts and he told me once how when he was in their house and using the bathroom the toy trains came barreling through {eek3}

Hey, how about that man-hangar? And how about that wife? Can we have her bottled? I adore Sheri, but she let's me know, PDQ, if/when my models wander out of my study.:redface2:

Mark mate,
Thank you very much for posting this outstanding video. Makes me want to turn away from my K&C collection and dive into the attic and drag out boxes and boxes on my old train sets and layouts. :smile2: This Dude in the video is a legend, but I suppose with a name like "Howard" he would have to be.^&grin^&grin
Cheers Howard

I did and do. I still have my Lionel engines and some cars from long ago. I have the engines on static display. -- Al

I'm one of them as I still have some N Gauge engines and rolling stock as well as an incomplete old layout that I started building when I was a kid that is decaying in the shed!

Thanks for posting the link Mark, H from the states has an awesome layout and I reckon I could spend all day in his basement drooling all over it!

That's incredible. Thanks for sharing. Now, I wonder how he dusts it??? {sm4}

Cheers,

Brendan

Love my Trains as well. Still have my locos from when I was a kid. The locos of today are much different, DCC ready, with sound, lots of detail. I got back into the hobby about 5 years ago.
