For your future reference in identifying figures, Marlborough figures can usually be identified by the triple "M" found on the underside of the base. Brad is correct, the triple "M" stands for Marlborough Military Miniatures.
Still out on the road Will be very glad to get home. The figures are great looking Marlborough Military Miniatures, I would have to do a little research when I get home but they are from a larger set that would have had some soldiers with rifles forming the rest of the color guard. Very nice looking!
