35-40mm Napoleonic figures (1 Viewer)

I have been collecting Napoleonic wargame figures made by an unknown manufacturer, probably from the 1960s-1980s. They are between 35mm and 40mm scale. They appear to be factory painted as they always seem to have the same high quality paint jobs, group to group. I would just like to know who made them; and when and where. Any input is appreciated. dc
