All the King's Men Toy Soldiers LLC is pleased to announce that we now offer custom converted figures. These sets are unique combinations of our 54mm figures, parts and accessories to make new troop types. Converted sets are cleaned and assembled. In many cases greenstuff is used to add features, and all seams are filled so they disappear. The figures are primed gray and are based in the style of ATKM wargames, with the joint between metal and wood leveled. What you see is what you get! You can request that figures come primed a different color, or that they're based differently or not at all. Look for details under Custom Conversions:

The converted sets I have done in the past are shown and available on that page. I can repeat them all. Each set is made to order. I'll add new options as inspiration strikes. Or let me know what you have in mind and I'll see if I can make it happen.



Converted sets come UNPAINTED. You do the painting. Prices include the original metal figure sets plus all the conversion work described. Postage on these to the Continental USA is free when you buy another item with its attendant shipping fee. If you order a converted set alone, we can work out a postage rate. International customers, postage will be determined by the weight of the package and its destination.
