My grandfather was a Captain in the US 3rd Army during WWII. General Patton sent out a wallet sized Christmas card/prayer to the troops of the 3rd Army in December of 1944. Here is a my grandfather's copy of that card. The writing "over" on the card is my grandfather's handwriting.
