Fellow Comrades in Collecting,

Simply put-I had a grievous that was so egregious with Kings X that it went all the way up the K&C Chain of Command in Hong Kong. Andy, his staff and Kings X sent it back down festooned with apologies, concern and impeccable customer service. Therefore, I would like to take a moment publicly thank Andy, his staff and Kings X for addressing the matter with the upmost care and rectifying the situation with zero excuses. King and Country is a class act, a professional company and a pillar in the Toy Soldier community. I look forward to seeing my friends from K&C at the next toy show and or in Hong Kong.
