We were in Greenwich Village last week and stopped by this place, which is a very good fish and chips place. The fish was very fresh and crispy and the chips were delicious although it was a little muggy outside. They even have fried Mars bars Tony :)

It's run by a couple of ex-pats and I think it become well known when they were featured on the Food Channel in a "throw down" with Chef Bobby Flay.

Is that the same Greenwhich Village where Bob Dylan, Phil Ochs and Joan Baez hung out in the early 1960's?

The same, Daddy-o!:) Walked by Fourth Street and told my son about the Dylan song, "Positively Fourth Street." Unfortunately, it didn't really register. Of course, it was hot as blazes so the only thing we were thinking about is something cold:)

Cool
Another place on the "I must visit before I die "list.
Where is the Chelsea Hotel?
Is that not in NY as well?
