Hi all,

After all the craziness of the 1.5 billion lotto last week had me thinking...what if we had a Treefrog lotto??? that being any members here who wanted to play pay Treefrog 5, 10 dollars??(to keep it fair) be it a month, week?? for a drawing with the winner buying any product from Treefrog?? for example we set it for minimum of 10 dollars to play with the drawing being open for a month, on the 1st of each month Pete (gotta be able to trust a pastor right??) Treefrog draws a random winner!! if we only had 30 members even play that would be a 300.00 dollar winner!!! and there are thousands of members here at that, anyway any thoughts, yea or nea??...Sammy

We could have a "John from Texas" lotto and y'all could pay me $5 bucks a month and I'll draw a random winner and give away a random Toy Soldier. Believe you me the proceeds will go to a good cause. Now, I am not a man of the cloth, but uh you can trust a God fearing Texan.

Or...

We could be dues paying TFT treasure paying members and as a benefit of yearly membership there is a drawing held semi-annually by TFT for say a $100 store credit to purchase a piece from TFT. That way they could make improve and maintain this website with the latest technology AND have member who really want to be apart of it for a membership due. Just an idea as I have always been surprised that this site is (a) free for all...no pun intended.

Hi John from Texas, not sure what you collect so I'd have to pass on the 1st suggestion, but you may have something there with your 2nd suggestion, again this is just a toss it out there and see what fellows think, just looking to do something different like JJDesigns are doing with the new golden ticket placed in certain boxes, I like that idea, and hey if I can drop 10 bucks in a monthly drawing and possibly win a few new soldiers I'll take those odds...Sammy

Really? A golden ticket like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory how freaking cool is that? What a neat idea. What is the prize? How many are they sending out? Man that is unique...ergo...for the Toy Soldier Market. Seriously, Sammy you got something there.

Yeah very cool idea. I like JJ PLA series, but have yet to purchase them.
