Not sure what it is, could be a U-Boat indeed. I can't see it in the video but I have three kids and I could never really make them out too well in ultra sounds so......

Should not be too hard to identify being it is sitting in sixty feet of water. Certainly German subs routinely penetrated inland waters laying mines etc.

As an aside, sub and wreck fans might like the story of the find and identification of U869 off the New Jersey coast recorded in the book Shadow Divers. That boat is under 200+ feet of water with strong currents; three divers died during a series of dives spanning several years.
