My buddy and I after threatening for months to visit this tank museum in Danville Va. finally went today. they had mostly American armor naturally but, therre was a couple of other things in there as well. I only took pics of the WWII era tanks. We had a great time and here a couple of teaser shots;

This is a Sherman w/ plow and supposed to be the only one of this particular version to exist

My favorite, the Stuart tank

Here a couple more pics; a PAK40 and a T-34 squashing a German soldier;

They dont allow flash photos in this place so some of the shots are a little rough. Here's another;

Pretty cool. Thanks for the pics. If I recall correctly, Danville is mid state, right?

Here's an early american tank. It sure does look like that French Renault.

It is a French Renault. During WWI we bought French Tanks, we didn't make our own. Great Photos by the way!

ONTC has come out with Renaults, both French and American versions.

Here's the US version. Both are available from Treefrog or Minuteman Toy Soldiers.
