I'm very impressed with some of the recent and upcoming K&C releases for the American Civil War period. I'm quite certain the 83rd PA in their chasseur uniforms are a first for this regiment in matte finished metal. Is the new ACW range in 60mm scale, or are they smaller, like the crusaders, and thus suitable to mix into my existing Britains/Conte/ONTC/Troiani collection?

I believe they are the same size as other ACW Releases which would make them workable with other producers like Conte/Britains.
