ACW Zombie Figure (1 Viewer)

Ok I just received the 13th Alabama flag bearer ACW043. Great figure fantastic paint job, but he has no pupils in his eyes. They are white. He looks like a zombie. I checked the picture on the FL site and same thing, only white eyeballs. Anyone else have this issue ?

He has blue eyes. No pupil, but I got another 13th Alabama figure that is the same. However, the flag bearer and his regiment did fight at "Cold Harror," so maybe he is a zombie afterall.

I would say this makes him more of a target using the "Don't shoot until you see the whites of their eyes." criteria.

I mostly collect ACW and thought about getting into the First Legion series. Of you guys who have them what do you think? I know they are VERY detailed and should be for that price.

I have about 35 of them with 8 more on the way. They are the best Civil War figures hand down, except the Russian figures and I have about a dozen of those.

As far as the flag bearer that's not one of the ones I ordered so I may have to wait until Chicago to see him.

Maybe the painters were watching Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter when they did the painting {eek3}

Thanks so much jazzeum! I remember seeing First Legion say they wanted this to become their second "flagship" series so more should be on the way.

I received my shipment today from George Guerriero of Minuteman and they all look fine to me, although I haven't ordered the Flagbearer yet. It could be a function of the photos on the site. Sometimes photos don't do a figure justice until you see and hold them in the flesh.

These are finely made figures and I'm sure people who will buy them will be pretty satisfied.
