Answer: Capt. Logan C. Ramsey. Served on Battleship Texas in WW1, only because he was graduated from Annapolis a year early. -- Al

You are correct and too fast.
You happen to hit a subject I am familier with and it is the title of a book I have owned for 30 years. The book is "Air Raid: Pearl Harbor!" which is a collection of first person accounts on the raid. Edited by Paul Stillwell and published by Naval Institute Press in 1981, my father gave me a copy on Christmas that year. Capt. Logan's contribution is chapter 4. All my reading finally pays off.:D:rolleyes:;) -- Al

Very interesting and thanks for sharing that. Capt. Logan also caught my attention because he had served on the USS Texas which is berthed at the San Jacinto Battlefield in Houston. We toured it last year.
