Hi Guys,
First, I would like to thank Sammy for posting the pictures of the fallshirmjager on the forum. Second, the figure is exquisite in every respect: painting, sculpting, detailing, etc. I know that some of you expressed concerns about the color of the helmet being too bright yellow, but it is not an issue. The helmet is a "very dull" yellow and represents an awesome contrast to the Luftwaffen-Splittermuster 41 camouflage jump smock (or knochensack) worn by the figure. This same camouflage pattern is worn as a helmet cover on some of the figures depicted in the stock photos taken by First Legion. This version of dunkelgelb depicted on the helmet of the figure (with chicken wire overlay) was worn by fallshirmjagers of the German 3rd Parachute Regiment.
First Legion, I believe, has hit a huge home run with the release of these figures. I will be ordering more today! If you thought the Waffen SS figures were excellent, wait until you see the fallshirmjagers up close and personal!

No problem on posting the pics mate, and I agree that the figure looks very well done and will certainly be added to my collection at some point, but I have other fish to fry as the saying goes on some older sets, thanks again for taking the pics and look forward to seeing some other sets...Sammy
