What are your all-time favorite WWII pieces? Here's my list...

PrimeMover with 88
Patton Command Car
Jimmy 2 1/2 ton truck
Winter Tiger
Panzer Meyer Halftrack

Ironically, no pieces from my favorite series, AK & BB, made the list.

Ok- I have a few

DD02A- Capt John Miller- great figure
DD021A- Leaning Airborne trooper with Tommy Gun
DD01A- Paratrooper. Mohawk. Tommy gun. Enough said there
DD04B- Medic running for his freakin life- or to save one-great piece
YK 03- Soldier grilling a hot dog with a puppy.

Finally-

FRITZBO!!! - WS12b- what beats a nazi firing an MG 34 from the waist.

other favorites that I do not have- not yet

DD29- Ike-
AK34- Rommell (had him in his staff car)
WS65- The officer in the last stand set

The spotter from WS18

It is either IJ16 OR IJ17- the one with the Marine who got the drop on the Japanese trooper

Love all the vehicles but it is the ability to capture the desperation, and, as in the case of D11 and WS65, capturing the human experience of war that keeps me coming back.

I Would Love To Get My Hands On Some Of Those Old Wood Pieces.

You live in New York. PM me and come visit the museum some time. You can handle mine and get a feel for the look and heft of the old wood vehicles (I have them all).
