Bill the Bandman has the elephant only for auction on Ebay.

I'm not sure why he has a partial set but he sometimes does, perhaps as a teaser to get people interested in his Beau Geste offerings.

Hi Brad,

I actually asked Ana about this he is a customer of theirs and sells the Elephants individually. I thought when I first saw one he was breaking up an Alwars Carriage set and nearly had a heart attack because I couldnt see why anyone would do that. She told me not to worry because they make some individual elephant for him.
