Kinda always wondered why the K&C American Bulge Figures have a Black color Combat Boot. Black was not the color in World War II..... Maybe I'm missing something??

...Shoepacs, or the overshoes issued to line infantry units, were black. Many units didn't receive them. The 82nd and 101st were in rest camps and called to the line before receiving overcoats, gloves, shoepacs, and many other pieces of winter gear... other units hastily thrown into the fight were likewise underequipped, but others already in the line had been issued the gear.
