So I rarely watch TV BUT I did have to watch Roo Yori on American Ninja Warrior last night!!!
The K9 'Ninja' is from Rochester, MN - can't help but appreciate this guy and his wife as they are dog rescuers and advocates right???
(In addition to Wallace they also rescued Hector who was one of the Michael Vick dogs.)

I have a few friends who work out with him at the Cross Fit gym in town but I have resisted that 'kool-aid' myself - sticking with the gym I'm at

Must have! I was watching mainly to see Roo's run.....I was busy being domestic and putting away clean laundry for once I think!
The magical fairies that do that task have been skipping over my house it appears ^&grin

Excited that Roo made it the Vegas finals! Which have already been filmed but as he is still around Rochester, I don't think he won

But even more exciting was that my pups got to meet him yesterday day at the Downtown Dogs event.

They even purchased an autographed book on Wallace the Rescue dog!
This will have to bump a few other books off the 'To-Read' list now ^&grin
