I had made this figure from Airfix/Historex parts some years back. I was never happy with the height of the drum which was slung too low and decided to raise it. I removed the drum, remade the hook and refitted the drum to my satisfaction. I decided to also redo a bit of the base. It's almost done. Here are the before and after shots.
