Hi All,
Been watching several episodes of this very entertaining and informative series.

Generally good commentaries from the narrator and the several historians being interviewed. I did find odd comments and comparisons to contemporary events such as Saddam Hussein, Afghanistan and the Irag war peppered throughout the series.
Most of the fight scenes involved various barbarian hordes literally hurling themselves onto the Roman shields and doing aerial somersaults. I guess the point was to show that the barbarians always fought as berserkers...
