Best Wishes

Jac Weller's Wellington in India is an informative read as are the pertinent chapters in Rory Muir's Wellington: The Path to Victory, 1769-1814.

I have actually read part of Weller's work. Gonna pick both up. Thanks Brendan,
Paddy

Ploughing through. Very well written. Thanks for reinforcing my desire to finish Weller and read some Muir.
I wonder what they think of this campaign in India.
I have lots of Indian buddies but only the Anglophiles know anything at all about the 2nd Anglo-Maratha War - or even the British Raj. Of course, the others don't know who Asoka or Porus are either so I guess History is always under-studied. It just isn't profitable enough😢.
Best Wishes,
Paddy, who is summarizing for Par Sr who is still busy
