Here are some photos of Anglo-Zulu war british figures size comparison.
From the biggest to the smallest : JJD, First Legion, William Britain, Thomas Gunn and Conte Collectible.
But, in regard of Thomas Gunn, notice there are two different sizes : the "big" and the "medium".

I recently watched the DVD of this great movie, and you can see that the soldiers are of different height, and some didn't wear jackets, so I think a mixture is much more realistic that having them all the same size.

Eben if they are formed up in line on parade, the tallest are on the outside, shortest in the centre.
