Any idea who makes theses two guys? There are no markings on either of them.

The indian looks like Elastion, don't know about the cowboy, email some pics to MichToy, they are great for identifying old figures!

Are they metal, plastic or some other material (eg, composition)? And about how big are they?

Elastolin plastic figures (postwar) are marked under the bases, if I'm not mistaken.

The cowboy appears to be metal while the Indian is some sort of other composition material. The Indian is about 1/30 the cowboy 1/32. You can tell that there was a mark on the bases but it appears they have worn off completely.
