Trying to remember the name of the nice man or the name of his shop. I'm sure it was in the Northeast but do not remember where.
He probably sold other manufacturers, but what I remember best was getting many Mulberry Napoleonic and ECW sets in the 1990s.

Sadly, I also remember he passed away maybe in the early 2000s.

TIA for any one out there who might help me out.

I think his last name was Green.....

Was it Al Green of Green's Collectables?

I haven't had emails from him for a few years, but he did sell Mulberry Miniatures.

John

I've found his website, but the last entry is March 2013, so 5 years ago.

https://www.greenscollectables.com/

There isn't an address listed but an email is available.

Google gave me this address
46 Warren Trail, Denville, NJ 07834, USA
Phone: +1 973-627-4961

Thanks guys...

Green does not sound familiar, but "The Command Post" does.
It was before computers. The name Arnie also comes to mind now, but I'm not sure.
I think it was in Massachussetts... I usually remember these things...
I have made a bunch of searches and nothing comes up, but he never had an on line fingerprint, and maybe it was 20 years ago...

Its not Al Green but it is the Command Post. I have Mulberry boxes with the Command Post label. Before his death he sold off all his Mulberry inventory so his wife would not have to take care of it. I bought many ECW sets from him.
Maybe Arnie Greenberg?

Al Green is a vendor, not a producer of toy soldiers. Yes, he's based in New Jersey as noted above, and he does the rounds of shows here in the East Coast. He's usually at Bill Lango's East Coast Show in Hackensack, and at our show (MFCA), as well as at some of the smaller shows.

"Green's Collectibles-You can smell the toy soldiers!"

Prost!

He was from Massachusetts, he also sold K & C, he passed away a number of years ago.

I had/have a set (not sure if I sold itat a show.) It was a napoleonic flag party. a nice set from a time gone by in the hobby.
