anyone good at jigsaws? (1 Viewer)

Two words:
Money Back.
After that, I can give you some tips on repair if you post more pics. I know the set- is a cool piece.

I second Sandor's suggestion. Did you take insurance on the package, too? That would improve your chances.

If you have to keep it and repair it, a good 2-part epoxy would be good.

Prost!

I feel your pain. I just had to get a refund due to some Britians figures I got on ebay and they all arrived broken or damaged. Ruined my day. Maybe you can repair if you are careful.

It is indeed the gun ramp and palissade from the Britains Alamo artillery set. I already have a complete set but couldn't resist the chance of the buildings . The seller has told me that she used adequate packaging and will take it up with the courier. Since when was 3 pieces of bubble wrap and an air pocket sufficient to stop movement in the small box she forced them in to .

She obvioulsy owes you a full refund. If it was packed correctly this never would have happened unless the courier ran it over with his truck.

Let Me tell You. She sure did a no good way and job on the package. I don't know how bad You want this but I sure would return it and get My money back unless You want to repair it Your self. Yes a good two part epoxy is great. I use Locktite from Lowes it works great. I think I spelled the name Locktite wrong. I have received a Britians item from an auction and it was shipped perfect no problems. She just did a no good job. Good Luck:):):)

Got a full refund and an invite to keep the item ...so got me some glue and a free weekend coming up:)

Considering the circumstances it's the best possible outcome. Some glue, patching and a bit of paint and it will be good as new. :)
