Anyone Got the New FL Brunswickers Yet (1 Viewer)

Hi Monty ,
I received these guys back around mid-february , I'm very happy with them.. research very well done , sculpt well done and painting very well done . For me these figures have a slightly different feel and look then some of the newer figures as they are an older sculpt maybe a different sculpter ?? . Not sure if you know this but they sat on the workbench for years and I think they almost were not made . I'm glad they were produced IMO they make an excellent addition to my Napoleonic Collection of a unit and Nation State that has been under done . I sure hope this is not the last Brunswickers First Legion produce . All in all well worth a look ..Regards Gebhard

Has anyone purchased the new Brunswickers yet.

Any comments or feedback.

i've bought one of them a couple of months ago :nap0256 brunswick advanced guard officer-light company. A very good looking figure (visible on my facebook page : https://www.facebook.com/pages/Les-amis-de-lEmpereur/122574241192557). Don't know any other company that ever produced Brunswickers. So there's no comparison to do. FL is really a top manufacturer you cannot be disappointed with. I will probably buy NAP0251 in a near future, but there is so many figures i'm interested in... Regards.

Thanks for the feedback guys I have purchased the 9 figures and just waiting for them to arrive.

Hope FL does do more figures, hopely the Lieb - Battalion with the Horse Hair plume on their Shako.

That would be awesome! Myself, I am looking for some more cavalry to make an appearance. Uhlans or Hussars would be welcome.

There is just so much that First Legion could do with the Brunswickers not to mention the other combatants {eek3} I'm really starting to have a hard time keeping up .. Walt just posted this Great shot he took at the MFCA show this weekend could you imagine if First Legion were to do Saxon Heavies man I would go freakin nuts .. I could list about $50,000.00 worth of Napoleonic units I would love to have

Hello my friend ,
just for kicks here are my two most wanted calvary units the Zastrow's Cuirassiers ( Saxon ) and The Bavarian Chevau-Legers {bravo}} but there are just soooooo many I would love to see First Legion create and its hard to pick , What are yours ? . First legion are a young company and really just getting started it could take decades to really produce all I'm sure Matt has on his plate . With his background and love of the period its gonna be a pleasure to see what he has up his sleeve ... I'm just really happy to be along for the ride . Regards Gebhard

Since this is the year of the French and their allies, I would love to see French Hussars and Dragoons. I also feel that since the Bavarians were among the first release, it is time for them to get reinforcements. The Chevau-Legers or Uhlans would be awesome. I saw an illustration of a Bavarian Hussar that looked like it would make a good subject.

All would be beautiful but I don't think the 1st or the 3rd French Hussars were at any of the Battles yet covered by First Legion nor were The Famous Prussians  But Russian Chevalier-Gardes would be GREAT for Borodino {bravo}} I would love to see all your choices made... we do need some Prussian Cavalry for sure hopefully Blücher will lead the way {bravo}}{bravo}}{bravo}} Regards Gebhard
