Dear Rob:

This certainly looks like the ads that K&C always has on the very back page or back cover of Toy Soldier & Model Figure (TS&MF) magazines. I have every issue going back to Issue one for the then bi-monthly issue for Aug./Sept. 1995. I went backwards for each issue until I got to an issue for February 2010 which showed sets for K&C's EA 40, 41 & 42. I figured there was no use going back still further. I know that K&C sometimes skip set numbers, but I should think that sets EA62-EA74 would NOT have come out prior to 2010. My current issue for February 2012 which I looked at last does not have anything like you noted in your posting. Could this be an issue for March 2012 not yet issued to the public? If you are referring to another magazine other than TS&MF I can not help you in any case.
