Received 5 of the new April releases,
1 Spanish, 2 Cherusci Warriors and 2 Vikings
Also picked up quite a few Iceni [8] and Gauls [11] from someone adjusting their collecting. These go very well with T Gunn Romans.

JJ figures are excellent and their different ranges are very appealing, i am being pulled towards the Almoravids, as the new mounted figure is very good. PLus i think they could be a stand alone range without any enemies.

Just bought my very first JJ figure as a tester and I must say I am very impressed and will definately adding some more.

Had a look and did not fancy it, great figure, as ever, but i just like the Almoravid and think with the mouunted and the stansing figures to come they will make a great little dio.

What did you get?

I got AER-14B an ancient Gaul. I liked him so much that I just got two more from the series yesterday off ebay. I'd buy more but its not easy in the UK, as their dealer is one of those email him for a price and then contact to make payment websites. Unfortunately that approach, rather than a simple add to cart and pay website means they have lost out on a lot of business from me as the monies gone to other TSC or ebay due to ease.

The official UK dealer for JJD is Clive. He is not far from you - he is in between Cambridge and Colchester. Just drive down and see him as you are in Norfolk ! short drive. you can pay him on the spot and he has lots of JJD figures in his storeroom. go take a look. he is a wonderful host. thats what I do.

Agreed , you simply have to phone him up , he always either replies or phones back , also I my experience he always replies via e mail and his prices are very good with reasonable post charges and very fast delivery with perfect packaging or as already mentioned go and visit the store if you can

I agree with Stefan, in the spirit of openess i know Stefan and we have bought from each other and had the odd lunch together, Clive is a great guy to deal with, i have bought from Clive for years and have emailed him with orders and given him orders on the telephone and paid directly, it is no problem. Never any problems and sets are packed very well and received in very quick time.

Never been to Clive's place, too far away, but i have heard he is a great host and his place is an Aladdins Cave of stuff, which part of me does not want to visit as my finances would not take it.
