Will there be any Red Lancers in the near future to go with, My General Colbert. It has been two years of waiting for Reinforcements to come. Even if one is made at least he will have Company.
 
I think Colbert may well be my Favorite figure so far from First Legion {bravo}} Just an incredible Sculpt and wonderful paint job . Would love to see him at the head of the 1er and 2e Lanciers :wink2: .. Would love to see what FL would come up with . Regards Gebhard

I agree the sculpting is Incredible, And the paint job, as you said is wonderful. Definitely in the top 3 Favorite of mine, if not the most favorite. It will be definitely be a shame, if nothing else gets made that goes with it. Lets Hope!!...

I bought mine as a study of the man .. someone I always thought of as a mans man a real tuff guy :wink2: . Its a Great figure and I would love to have him at the head of the 1er and 2e Lanciers but I still need a lot of the 2nd Carabiniers and the 5th Cuirassiers which are also FANTASTIC soo there is no rush he looks real good as a stand alone figure in my Mounted Personalities collection for know .. There are just so many Great Napoleonic figures out and coming out .. I'm very busy .. Regards Gebhard
 
Well, Its that time to hope that, The General will have Some Red Lancer Reinforcements This year. Even one or two pieces would be great!!
 
Okay 2 Mamelukes, That Joined Edouard Colbert, And Two REd Lancers.
 
..... Since the thread was Me mentioning, about Red lancers. And If someone wants to put mamelukes on it. I am open.

You know I'm on board with your idea its a GREAT one for sure but to quote Matt " so many figures to make so little time ". I would say bring it up early and often I just yesterday recieved my Blücher figure and it was a long campaign of emails and many many post just short of five years worth . I'm sure Matt has these on his to do list but just remind him whenever you get the chance and hopefully they will be on the done list it really does help he is a very cool guy and actually listens to FL collectors , but be patient as 2012 was the year of French releases ..
