Matt,

Will you have examples of the two new Mounted Personalities, Prince Orange and Lord Uxbrigde at the Chicago? These are not due for sale till late September, but will you have examples so we can see how great these are going to be. What about showing the new Russian artillery set? :)

P.S. I almost forgot, what about the Wurttembergs and the new French cavalry?

Matt has already told me what he's sending to the show for me in the way of yet to be released stock, but to be fair to him (it's his company afterall), I'll let him answer this one as I don't want to tell you something that is not true ( and have you want to throttle me).............

George will actually have both Uxbridge and Prince of Orange there for sale. We're sending him several sets of each early to both show and sell at the show. If all goes well, he'll also have stock of the Wurttemberg Line Infantry for sale as well too. We'll be pre-ordering those very soon, but we hope to get a selection of them to George. No Russian Artillery set though, sorry.

In addition, George will have a limited number of Stugs for sale, a limited number of Running Germans (11,12,13) for sale, and a sample set of the tank riders (not for sale no matter how much Louis offers George!).

This is the current plan anyway and we do hope to get him all of these items in time.

Any of you going to the show can see and buy most of these items from him there even before you can get them from us. So make sure you stop by and see him and check out the Stalingrad diorama and other displays he'll have.

Best,

Matt

looks like those of us not able to be at the show will have to wait a whole month for the stug(s):(

Nasir my friend, what is your AVATAR?

it is a malay warrior traditional weapon, called the keris.
just like the katana is a samurai's soul, the keris is a pahlawan's honour.

however as with the katana, it is no match for portugese muskets.

What about the Carabiniers? Will they be available at the show?

No, not ready in time. It is possible that I could send a sample or two...we'll see.
Well it doesn't matter to me, I am sold already but I think it would be great for you all to have a sample of these since I know they will be knockouts; to go with your other knockouts. George is not going to get any sleep.;):D

Bill,
If Matt is able to get me some samples, I'll let you know so you can drive out and have a look at them; from NH it's only about a 20 hour drive.

It's downhill both ways, so it's a breeze; I've done it 10 times now, a piece of cake............
