Ken Cliffe of All the King's Men has been developing his line of 1812 figures in order to make them easily adaptable for the European Napoleonic theatre. I think he has come a long way and developed a respectable range of Naps (which I believe were originally developed for 54mm war gaming - but I have found make excellent kits for for fleshing out dioramas) at an excellent price.

Here are a few figures I completed last year. Infantry representing the 27th (Inniskilling) Regiment. The mounted figures represent the British 23rd Light Dragoons. I did some minor conversions of these figures and mounted them on heavily converted Del Prado horses (the horse furniture consumed my entire supply of putty!). Those beautiful flags and standards were made by Rick O'Brien (the Flag Dude).
