Just saw part of this movie and it was pretty good from what I saw. It starred Lee Marvin, Buddy Ebsen, Jack Palance and Eddie Albert. Albert plays a captain in command of a company trying to hold a position. He is a coward ( He is anything but if you read his bio).His actions get men killed and he ends up flipping out. I won't say no more as I only saw the tail end of it. It comes on again Friday. Really a gritty movie. Made in 1956 I don't remember ever seeing it.

A good show, even if the German tanks are Stuarts with long barrels attached. Albert is really good as the scumbag Captain. Pretty well done show with a great cast. Worth the watch. -- Al
