Hi.

Recently painted the Austin Miniatures US marines. My firtimpression when I opened the packet was not great. Figures looked thin and almost crude. But when I got painting them they just popped into life.

Done them as olive drab and camo paint finishes. Fun and enjoyable figures to paint

Great painting technique!
Sadly, when the figures are painted it exposes the cartoonish sculpting quality of the face.
